Our Services

Our mind and body coaching services are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. We offer a range of services, including:

One-on-One Mental Skills Training

We help athletes and parents develop tools & techniques they can use to feel balanced and bring their best to their sport and life.

Academic Tutoring and Executive Functioning

Our group fitness classes are designed to help you improve your physical health while also building mental resilience and strength. Group classes for women and youth boys and girls are available.

Group classes are taught outside at McDonald Park in Pasadena. This helps us soak up the fresh air while getting a great workout in!

Personalized Physical Workouts

Our personalized physical workouts are tailored to your fitness level and goals, and are designed to help you achieve your best physical self.

Individual workouts are currently taught at McDonald Park in Pasadena.

Moxie provides tutoring for academic subjects in grades 2-8 as well as executive functioning/organizational skills training.  Whether your child is struggling with academic concepts, time management or organization, moxie can help!  ZOOM and in person sessions available (Pasadena & Altadena).  Individual sessions and group sessions (2-4 students) offered.
